At SCIA, we aim to ensure good corporate governance and adheres to an equitable system for recruitment/appointment based on meritocracy. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.
Our full recruitment process may last about two weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.
All interested candidates shall be required to complete a Job Application Form attaching a resume and cover letter.
The recruiter and hiring manager will evaluate your application to see how well it matches the requirements of the role. If the candidate is selected to next round, they are required to submit qualification certificate, copy of national identity card or passport and last pay slip (if any).
The recruiter will contact you if you are selected for an interview. The interview may take place for 1-2 round depending on the seniority of the role. For academic and senior corporate positions, there will be recruitment tests based on position applied before the interview
The recruiter will conduct a due diligence check on candidates' background which cover the referees listed in the job application. Reference checks may be obtained in written or verbally.
The hiring team seeks the most suitable person for the role. Our goal is to make sure all candidates are evaluated based on their skills, qualification, experiences, and competencies for that particular position.
Recruitment team will guide you on the pre-employment necessary documents and ensure you are fit into the school.
