Job Description

To work with the Head, Admissions and Community Engagement (ACE), Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte. Ltd.).

The Chinese Speaking Marketing and Events Executive reports to the Head, Admissions and Community Engagement (ACE) and is responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, implementing marketing action plans and campaigns to support leads generation and sales efforts
  • Developing the assigned marketing channel by engaging stakeholders and establishing processes
  • Planning and organizing networking sessions, company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of assigned marketing channel and review plans periodically against KPIs
  • Monitoring the Media and Events sub-team KPIS and day to day activities to ensure efficient and proper timely achievement of objectives set
  • Maintaining SCIA digital platforms, events, and activities that target Chinese-speaking and Asian expatriate markets
  • Recruit K12 students targeting Chinese-speaking and Asian expatriate markets
  • Forging initiatives to upkeep, develop and support the One Park Sales and Leasing / Marketing team members in all One Pak related works or partnerships with SCIA in a timely and proficient manner so objectives are met in time.
  • Taking care in managing some selected initiatives as assigned by Head of ACE or by competencies needed by the division such as Referral Programme.
  • Assisting in the development of departmental policy and guidelines.
  • Provide regular lead reports and monitoring student, parent and committee feedback.
  • Develop strategy and plan for building up the assigned marketing channel (e.g. Digital Marketing, Business Outreach, Events and Booth Activations), taking into consideration target customer profile and competitors
  • Identifying new customers, supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Implement work plans for digital marketing, events, business outreach and other relevant marketing channels
  • Review the effectiveness of the marketing channel and propose plans for continuous improvements
  • Monitoring the Media and Events sub-team KPIS and day to day activities to ensure efficient and proper timely achievement of objectives set
  • Building strong action plans and execution strategies to support ACE Head and grow the Chinese parent segments of market
  • Research and compile a list of relevant trade and consumer events.
  • Develop programmes and content for each event which are relevant to the Company’s profile and target audience.
  • Coordinate event logistics and provide support in event operations.
  • Source suitable event partners and event organisers to either participate in existing/planned events or develop new ones.
  • Provide ideas to enhance event success.
  • Coordinate information required for post event reports.
  • Monitor existing stock of marketing collaterals, banners, stationery and all communication materials.

Job Requirement

  1. Academic Education / Training / Experience
  • Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in a marketing, sales or customer service role
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels and best practices
  • Knowledge of the education sector and Cambodian market is an advantage
